Maybe I am retarded, but zmud targetting

I can't seem to be able to search the archives to find the targetting system I always used.

Basically make it so I can type targ ASDFASDF and then ASDFASDF is the target and is highlighted whatever color I want
And so that @target can be put in my macro's, any one know it off hand?
