CMUD Help for the Noob, and Unschool in Programming

December 21, 2010 08:51PM
Alright, I'm having trouble with my alias.

I have set up basic aliases depending on my class. They worked fine in Zmud. Though with Cmud they are not allowing me to send anything after the alias...

For instance: My alias is forked lightning.
Name: CFL
Command c 'forked lightning'

I want to enter in the game: CFL Target, but Cmud only sends c 'forked lighting' to the game with out the target I designated.

What am I doing wrong?

I'm a non-programmer, so I if you don't tell me, put X in block 1 and Y in block 2, I will not really understand...

For example, I don't understand things like #trigger {~{exit} {#co green} (I typed that from memory; it may not be correct)

Thanks for the help

The %1 means add everything after the alias. It's more regular expressions than programming per-se~

Ah I see. I had to at 1% 2% to one of them that required to commands after (item + tgt) using that logic. n/t

Yeah, %1 is actually the next word. %-1 is all of the words after~
