Here's a protip for you:

1) Follow the forum rules.
2) Don't act like a douchebag.

If you manage to pull off these two you don't have to worry about getting banned again. You also don't get to make a new account when the old one is banned. The link given as reason was to a deleted post, hence you can not see it. We VIPs do see it.

As for your general unspecific grumbling, I have no comment on that.
