While I completely share your dislike for ragers (I just always have and yes, I've played a few a couple years back) your log would be much better without the comments that really just don't help your cause... especially since you've kept the names in.
Great job though... just... yeah... the commentary was just painful to read.
Reason is, the way it is now offers another means for cabal conflicts. Say you're Fortress and you raid the Empire (they have the scepter as well), it would be fairly boring to simply aquire the sceptre on that raid (even if it is "logical" in an ooc sense). You then lose the ability to have your conflict with the chasm...
This would also be harsh if chasm members are already
When that was mentioned, I was thinking of a stoneskin only purchasable (without drawbacks) so I wasn't putting two and two together... hate that stupid near-uncureable poison.
Each practice is 1hp, so depending on your race you can get off spending one practice on a partial shift...
Personally, I will take one of the defense ones if I plan on soloing to my first form (which happens a lot since grouping can be hard(er if you're evil)). And, I usually do horns of the bull... if you were to skip those you still might find yourself using the ears and eyes if you
Since it was a quit-out, he shouldn't have been lagged per usual bondbreak lag... however... being left with slow blows... a lot... and not sure how any single individual is suppose to win to a lich, entwiner and healer. Isn't there a certain point where it becomes a little overkill? I swear I'd get bored if I was one of them (especially zwerg) if I always seemed to stand under
In all my years of using zmud, I don't know what bugs there are to be seen... The scripts and variables that I do use work just fine and I've never really noticed a slow down. (Granted I don't have some crazy list of scripts, I have the barebones going on).
I'd agree to idiocy if I was actually putting up with bugs, but I don't feel like I ever have? Huh...
People always seem to "want to" highlight the combat damage the USER does to the enemy, but I feel like I would rather highlight the damage being done to me instead? This way, in big group fights I'm going to identify with who is hitting me over somebody else... etc...
Can you set me up one of those Dwoggurd? The other question is that I bought zmud a long time ago and don
My balls start to sweat when I think how I pwned you when you tried to kill me... Wish I had known just what type of character you were or are cause I wouldn't have been so lenient.
Cheers
Just wow... sometimes it amazes me about how cocky people can really be on the other side of the computer screen, or vindictive, etc.... Too cocky for my own liking at least, huh.
That being said.. I don't quite follow Yhorian's comparison below since originally it had to do with a form's "quickness" and that is now obsolete. Falcon is probably one of the most difficult forms to flee from now since they're renown for their arial hunting. Hard to really say where some of the other forms fit in, like eagle compared to vultures. But yeah... no
A) I am toting a "Luminous" archon... bleh
B) I am now fighting a "goodie" (archon vs goodie... bleh)
C) This goodie is a storm giant and I am toting a water elemental (Storm > Drowning... bleh)
D) I'm not even sure if Simeon is a goodie off-hand, so if he's not the luminous is even more of a detriment
E) Doesn't seem like he had much, if any hp over 500
Being able to spam hit so and so is a bit retarded. Perhaps my view is skewed from a long while ago play the SojournMUD, TorilMUD style muds where only warriors received a skill associated with redirection and you would type it in, and you would have a round go by before you were able to successfully redirect. Of course in the beginning you could also have a chance to fail, etc. And any class
Based on the not so negative imm comments I should have stuck it out with Marcatis even though I thought I was getting nowhere... hahaha
Live and learn though. :)
