Wand of Orcus
Desc:
This ghastly weapon is the property of the demon prince , Orcus, but at times it is said that he will allow his wand to pass into the Prime Material Plane in order to wreak chaos and evil upon all living things there ...
It has a nasty table of artifact effects that a DM can choose or roll from.
It refers to the 1st Edition Mons

5. Oh him? Don't worry he is a friend of mine.

Usually get killed 1 time.
And PK's mostly at the 0-5 range
Most death-full is either Londesdale(approximate of 20 or so, and even killed a current Empire Imm ;) ) or one of my 1995-96 newbie killers.
Kills with Zendrac if assists count was a LOT, but only like 19 solo kills.
Even though it's over the top, it does have elements that I would presume a lot of players can identify with.
The skipping of classes and total blank stares from parents when you tried to make them understand that you did not pass a DIKU semester, because you skewed your computer time to the evening and night instead.
There was other reasons to skipping classes but CF was a major time s
Not exactly, but it looked like that nonetheless.
I did tell Graatch who took it directly in the log.
Eraltan was pretty much Peter/Cannes throwaway goodie hero char, after he accidentally did a "kii" dwarf in a IMM quest instead of "loo" dwarf (Look at KBD to notice the "easy" mistake). Cannes was mostly into Necromancers and evil characters. Even had a Gnome

Is in my log:
Now it's Llorenthos time to taunt:
Londesdale already had a separate tell session just above that with Graatch trying to convey some sympathy, saying snug comments like "at least you perfect hold person" etc.
You could literally feel the pure frustration on his part.
Well ... At that point certain IMM's sporadically visited the #CF room on IRC, I recollect discussing Leadership positions in that forum with IMM's. not really that hidden, since I logged in as Zendrac and the others with Player names as well.
I think it corresponds to soon after that, that certain limitations or at least restrictions in OOC relation to players in the IMM staff was enf
It "started" with a lot of IMM chars. Cador/Jullias/Twist/Andaren and whatnot playing at approximately the same period.
Eriwal, Andarens Healer, Jullias's invoker or was it shifter, Twist playing one of his warriors. And then the ones I can't remember. I seem to recollect that Nep's Lich was in it's inception here. Stradh - later IMM Zulgh, dabbled with a shifter as
In all fairness it was a pretty well-knit circle of OOC friends and IMM's and sometimes mixes doing hell-trips back then.
Been to Hell a few times with Gurgthock back then, and with pure DIKU groups, Empire groups with mixes of Team Australia as well with Strahd as Halifanse, later Zulgh and IMM.
Andaren and a lot of higher IMM's, together with much of the Playerbase had a less st
