I've learned so much over the last year it's rediculous, lol mostly things like "shit dont do that again". I have also gotten 2 hero mages and most of my list I have compiled myself but I've hit a wall. I just dont see how I can go through all these areas and not have DA ever fire off. Ah well, I'll keep truckin and see what happens. Thanks.
I'm curious what the general rule for sharing wand location lists is. I have a list of about 70 various locations and I read posts of people who say there are roughly 100 locations per wand, meaning somewhere around 300 total locations. Since I'm far from having 100 locations of each type I've been reaching out in game over the last two years and everyone just lists the same loca
And yes I know everyone and thier brother are playing used names. Its not a knock on you at all. And I liked Highlander! How dare you say it was "mediocre"! Tall, pasty white, and dressed in full black leather. A large scar scretches across the front of his neck,
almost looks as if someone once tried to cut his head off. A poorly done shaving of his head left patches
of long strands in various places. He carries a large two handed sword and speaks with a harsh rasp.
If you dont know, watch Highlander.
I had a char that could boost his morale a lot. So I waited till I had times where my morale was low/very low: IE: raiding, group wipes, etc. I would spam skills and see who I fought, then boost my morale and do the same thing. Maybe it was just crazy coincidence but I was able to have noticable fail rates vs success rate with skills. particularly lagging moves. Just my 2 cents and again was not
Dont think to much into the object. If the description is something like: A plain wooden bar shaped like a square lies here. Try things like: square, wooden, bar, plain... The hard part is finding the right item names that matches the right interaction object name. Like: use square hole, use wooden hole, use bar hole, use plain hole...not working? then try: use square square, use square spot, use
What your saying is what I meant. Villagers are not this great thing that no one can kill because of DB. They CAN be very strong but are also VERY weak to someone with more than, oh i dunno, six brain cells?
Dont look to much into it. Prep and you'll do fine.
If you can bash(lag) your enemy you'll probably win. Orcs, like Villagers, cant perma alot of the mages out there so they stick to killing warrior type classes. IE: Villagers. You just dont see orcs rolling over necros, invokers, conjurers, etc... Dont give people to much credit because they know how to pick their targets.
Villagers can be very strong to the unknowning but they are also very weak to the knowning. If you dont fear Villagers you'll understand this and if you die to them alot you wont.
Every class in CF can roll a Villager if you know how. And no matter what anyone says the most powerful thing in CF is: c word, flee q return. Known it, use it.
Your way of reading and following could be different than the next guy. So taking X to the circle every time they do something you dont agree with is only going to get YOU in trouble.
I simply wrote the defender stuff out because I thought it would fit the role you are trying to push. Loner pker + edges + police village = defender, leaves more chances to hold to this without people getting mad
This role would work very well for a defender. You could clearly not jump into every fight during a raid/defense because you could play it safe and just FD everyone. Then on your own you could fight people, after the others have fallen back to rest or died. You could jump into a fight and lag someone just long enough for your rager friends to get away, then you flee as well, without killing so y
About every 10% or so you will gain an additional 1-2 hrs on your Sanc duration.
Edited to add: Haven is a % like any other so it will make you feel like its more of a benift at higher level. Greater damage = Greater reduction.
You have to pick and as stated int, wis, con are most of the time the choices at char. creation. Old way if I wanted I could roll for Max str and then train/dress for other stats. Or I could roll for Max int/wis and train/dress for other lesser stats.
I will say that char. creation is made faster now but with less options to focus a desired Stat. Just give Max stats or a base set. No need to r
If I'm an idiot for wanting to start with Max stats then I can live with being an idiot. If you get that bent cause you cant play for a few hours you may want to go outside your cave and get some sun.
As defeating the whole purpose of stats I disagree. The old way gave options the new way does not.
I was pretty mad when I couldn't get perfect Stat anymore. Its really shitty not maxing stats till your 35 or 40. And the fact that some races can Max stats a lot easier than others now. A lvl 20 giant with a 19 str is BS cause you have to convert just to practice.
Bring back the Stat roller!
I dont play many dwarves either due to this exact reason. But you have to think outside the box. Dwarves have a 19 INT, they are not dumb so that can help with coming up with a speech pattern or role history. Also, they start the game very old compared to say, a human, so no reason a simple role entry of "was well educated at XXX" cant be put in. And still, every dwarf doesn't nee
Well maybe multi killing too, but there are rules against that.
Looting, be it full or partial, is one of the best parts of CF.

you can fill your own answer there all right.
