Team Empire/rest of mud was going to hell and this was relatively soon after I deleted Kanrue. I forget what nameless elf warrior I was but with Kanrue I had learned a lot about hell and so I waited for about an hour and then I went into hell solo. I ducked through X number of circles with some crazy luck. and managed to catch up right as this huge hell group was split up between two circles with
This isn't a steamrolling. This is a giant cockup by someone who thinks that he can go unprepped against a warrior build COMPLETELY built around doing massive DPS. Ludgurz should have killed Grim here. He just didn't play his cards right. EVEN WITH HIS GIANT FUCKUPS, if he would have done one of about three or four different things he still would have won.
First off, polearm is damn
You know, I remember back about 10-12 years ago with almost ALL of my neutral/evil lowbies I would hang around cabals and roam around usual battle grounds. I got *really* good at being in the right place at the right time and I would usually stop ranking at lvl 11 and go around trying to loot kills. Typically I'd open with the get all corpse, wear what I could use, and barter what I couldn
Yeah Slorinek was the first character that I ever distended pretty badly with.
God that was a fun cabal. Calbaseeti + lifesurge took me from 20-35 in the Mausoleum in one power session. From there it was just levelsit and pk ragers.
Kyaltaru and Calbaseeti led to long long fights which let me get the free stalks.
But Slorinek was easily victim to two of the ugliest gank downs I've e
As far as warriors go I don't think giant sword or svirf axe are very gear dependent. A giant sword spec is one of the best builds in the game for fighting other warriors almost regardless of gear.
Go greeting. Bash your enemies. If you're winning, keep bashing. If you're not flee. If enemy gets to gushing flurry.
Now my bread and butter elf sword stsf build. That is gear d
I *really* like giant sword spec for noobs who want to get their pk feet wet.
My personal favorite is storm giant because I think request + the helpfulness of good + storm giants better int for better learning rates make it more appealing and user-friendly for a newb.
However I do think fire or cloud is the stronger.
I'd go sword/hand and hand is just there for you to survive long e
On one hand, a dexy sword spec rails them so hard it's almost a joke.
On the other hand, there are a lot of them, they can lag, kote, sigil, curse... and they do pretty mean damage. I had a hero elf two hander who was solo raiding once and some empire flail spec ran in and stripped me (I didn't have the pimp cursed weapons so my own fault) but...I didn't get out of strike of fai
