but I'll pretend you aren't (being that I have a minute before heading out).
Its not my first conjurer.
I poured 500 mana into a mastered dismissal spell - RNG shouldn't have mattered here.
If you are right, and it does, okay, I won't play.
Frustrating to find I had to waste time leveling up and mastering spells to find out that it doesn't matter (now).
It was n
Okay now -
Dismissal is perfected. A demon turned on me, as I expected. I cast dismissal with 500 added into the spell. The demon ignored that and killed me.
I suppose now is a good time exit stage left.
On a side note, a guild master spoke to me a few days ago, about three demons on the lose in Thera.
So the horn, Venara, the new age, might have something to do with this but the clues w
I was fighting, fled very bloody, I walk to my thaumaturgic circle. My demon followed, saw that I was weak, and struck me. But - I was in my thaumaturgic circle. The demon payed no attention to the thaumaturgic circle The circle did not break, did not crumble
I learned never to trust 'pinch' as a shapeshifter.
I've written to the staff about it, gotten a response. We agree to disagree.
A long lag for for low probability to pinch.
It's like bashing yourself in combat.
Yaellik was chaotic evil. He would attack and later group with the same people often. In the academy it says you are supposed to do this as chaotic evil - you are the most untrustworthy of all. Also, imperials attacked Yaellik now and again. No complaints. On the contrary I liked it. That is what they are supposed to do - beat on you, then offer you the blood oath. They were role playing, and Ya
Hey,
Has anyone created a MS Word character sheet for CF?
Also, what is the advantage of the giant mantis's ability to where in the sky?
So, you're a mantis, when you do the where command you can see an arial shapeshifter form up there.
Who cares? If one is up there it's not sitting, using rods to get ready. It's moving out landing, rod-ing up,
Then coming back. And eve
CF is a fun game, this is a fun fan website, let's keep it updated.
I can't find tables on the official website that are similar.
That's the kind of information I would like (but accurate).
Thanks for listening.
Could the race/class changes be updated on this website?
I copied the changed from the official forums.
Mental vulnerability removed from Fire, Cloud & Frost Giants
Light resistance removed from Felar
Water immunity replaced with 90% resistance for Storm Giants
Lightning resistance increased to 50% for Storm Giants
Holy & Negative vulnerability reduced to 15% from 33% for Cloud Gi
So I was reading the the drow series of books.
What things were coded it so that ...
Without daylight or a light source people could not 'read'.
Things could not be read would include:
maps, books, journals, scrolls, runes on walls, scrawling on trees, etc.
Even a race that has infravision would need to use a light source to read a scroll, etc.
Too much realism?
I play mainly weekends. I work nine hour days, then I have a long commute.
I'm trying to figure out a way to tell my cabal members that in a role play way.
On Sunday night, when finished playing, I suppose I should say
'I will wake in five elven days.'
Here is something that is understandable by everyone:
A man sells a lightbulb for 50 cents.
Seller gets 50 cents, buyer gets light at night.
Everyone understands this is fair.
Over time, seller sells millions of light bulbs, he becomes millionaire.
Third man comes along (politician) and states 'You're being robbed, look at the millionaire - he doesn't need all that money.
When people complain on a forum I suppose its the 'norm' for posts calling that person a whiner, or 'suck it up', etc. I'm not that poster. I hear you, I feel the same way. Write a role, get ignored, and you KNOW the immortals are on because people are getting their last names. So you just feel like your role has been read and its terrible. But - salt in the wounds - is t
For the foreseeable future, I'm not writing roles.
I only write a description.
I had a role, I pledged to a the Fortress. I was given interviews and three (more?) notes from cabal members stating they wanted me in the cabal. I played to hero. I helped retrieve the item. I slayed imperials. I died to imperials. I was never brought into the cabal.
My role wasn't good enough, I supp
John wanted to group to eventually trap/kill me.
In the tells (before we met in person) he explained
that he wanted to group and that he was of the Nexus.
It was a long conversation with no revelation of an
inner dialogue though there clearly was one.
It would have been funny and smart roleplay if he
had monologued, himself.
Thanks for the help though.
