I would consider it a bug, actually. Following conjurations should also have trustcabal, as you do, and shouldn't hit your friends, your cabal guardians, or item holders.
There's nothing I hate more then out of range character from the same cabal/just a supposed good friend grabbing my disarmed weapons before I can grab that. So low, that if it happened to me (it has before..) that I'd full loot if I were pissed off enough.
With a Svirf sword spec and 4 levels on the storm giant, I beat his ass. I've never played an AP past 15, so I couldn't say whether or not a Fire Giant AP with both training, spells, and among other things (protection, shield, aura) would be able to beat the hell out of someone he has 6 - 8 ranks on. Well, thanks to everyone who interacted with her, good and bad. I guess the multi-killing beefed me up a bit and put me on the road to "Who gives a shit if you die, as long as you learn something" kind of thing.
Had a lot of run-ins with near everyone on either side of the spectrum because I decided to travel with someone who actually didn't mind teaching me as much as he could,
I actually looted someone (some fine leather stuff (I know, it was trashy.. but I jumped the gun) and two bracers and two rings) today. I was annoyed at the fact that they just attacked a group mate, who JUST hopped out of ghost, who had like, 2 pieces of equipment, for a quick kill. So I followed up, killed the guy, and took the most valuable things, and gave it to my groupie.

Alright, I've read most all the helpfiles for all of the cabals, but aside from one, I have no idea how to get a foot into the door with them. Villagers are pretty easy to get your foot into, but what about Scion? Nexus? Outlander?
How do you go about it? Do you send a scroll to a certain someone? If so, who? Or what? And for what cabals do I send what to?
