Probably. But that kindof kills the attraction of the class to some people. The randomness.
Then again, some people hate the randomness they want the good form, so they roll up a shifter with no role etc and when they get a shitty form they delete.
Instead of rolling up a character with a good role, RPing a bunch, and getting a shitty form, hoping for a quest form, realizing your are dumb, and
That way they need to have an escape plan.
Something like "The cabals of thera have erected magic to prevent flying away in their cabal"
And village adds large spikes above the giant so the shifter takes an unspeaks and lags them 4 rounds :P

My last dwarf defender was whispers greeting. I was really curious how much better it would have been with gates.
There were a few situations where greeting helped me but not many.
My only problem with mine was that if i didnt have a way to get away from my opponent I would die.
Which is probably why Charade is saying Hand to hand so you have that knockout skill.

At low levels you are restricted by your movement but at hero you have lots of that and no really good defense against it.
They can get away every single time. I think earthbind being the only thing I can think of that would stop it.
But that means that Transmuters are the only ones that have a way to ward off fly to shifters naturally.
I guess there are probably some nice earthbind wands out
I think anyone who wants this game to hold its niche does want people to be better in general at RP.
We are not talking about simple questions of like: ""how many stones does it take to get to the center of an identify spell?"
It is about trying to get in the head of this character you've created.

That is his only saving grace. Otherwise he usually deserves what is coming to him.
I dont mind him. But that doesnt mean that I dont think that he is an egomaniac who blows up and ruins his RP.
He really has his shining moments, it is the bad ones that stand out though.
That I instantly knew who you were the first time you started blaming someone else about your death. It is pretty bad. I had a guess it was you before that but then i knew. I realize you were trying but your habbits bleed through. I think you should play a humble submissive once and if you can pull that off I will be completely impressed. Like a Corrlaan follower healer.
Really supprising that you got kicked out of the cities that fast. I really went after tribunals a lot with Kontoln and I kinda just delt with avoiding hamsah.

Its just stupid that they would work together when it basicly says (atleast I'm pretty sure) that orcs are the opposite of the Empire's vision.

Orcs have so many good skills: spinebreaker, rush, grappleweapon, fall back, bash + cheap shot + savagefeeding, enslave, elf-blood power!
Krunk had even more than a normal orc: dirty fighting, masochism, improved flee.
In the hands of a good player, orcs are awesome. If they have the patience of the skill learns (which isnt so bad if you've played a fire giant).
