The Lich was playing with you.

You knew that, he did, your 4 allies did.

If you cant kill him, make it expensive for him to stay.

This leaves 2 options, one for mace specialists, another for invokers.

- Mace specialists.....>>>DENT<<< destroy his nice perfect set of armor and he'll know you're not playing around.
- Invokers.....>>>STONESHATTER<<< I'm not sure of all that he's wearing but if one of his nice toys is stone or maybe his phylactries... You'll get his attention.
