If you mean is it more important to have a higher
average weapon than a weapon that gives you more
+'s to hit/dam roll, then take the higher average
weapon. If you mean is it more important to have
armor with high hit/dam roll values or a weapon with
a high average, then that all depends on the character
(I think). If you mean something else, then it's lost on me.
