i have heard so many rumors of new cabals starting up, but what does it really take to start up a cabal? you'd need to find a high level imm with no current cabal alignment, and convince them of your interests and sincerity. What ever happened to that little group known as "the order of the unseen hand" to those who knew it, to which i so valiantly devoted one of my past char's life to. Haven't seen it in ages. (sorry bout the pun)
Anyways, from speaking on the streets of the fields, i see request and even demand for new cabals to move in, but never figured out just how to do it. -looking for an experienced and well thought out answer.
