Agree to meet up in protected cities to give yourself a small bit of protection.

<br>Lowbie mages are just terrible. I can think of maybe one exception, invokers can do ok in the teens in the right circumstances I suppose. But lowbie shifters. Ack. Just rank, never stop, just rank. No quests (after lvl 10), no money harvesting. You need levels and a decent form, rank. Then come back, kill the douchebag and sac his pies.
