My general rule of thumb when it comes to specializations:

Take the specialization that is more difficult to learn first. This does two main things, in my opinion. That is, it let's you know if you're willing to stick it out earlier on in the characters life, instead of gaining all those levels only to realize that it's too much suckage and effort. And it gives you a sense of accomplishment earlier on, and gives you more incentive to continue the character. <br> <br>Take it with a grain of salt, but that's just my reasoning. <br> <br>My Verdict: Take dagger first.
