I know there are a lot of legacy questions but I checked the officials and here on search and couldn't find anything. <br> <br>I swear I remember hearing wisdom though. <br> <br>Just about to choose a legacy on a relativly low wis race, I want lag protection but I have heard really mixed reviews on Harmonious. <br> <br>Thanks for any help.
