Correct me if I'm wrong here....but I think the alliance leader is the best one to attack? You'd think in the larger alliances they have the most resources being sent to to them and they're focusing on upgrading the embassy more than anything else which means they wouldn't have teched very well to begin with.

Is this assumption correct or am I overlooking something?
