We should discuss what is done in wing level and what is done in confed level. I, for one, think that information doesn't really pass in the confed level. There should be some kind of general policy and diplomacy section there we could use for discussing general policies and diplomatic affairs. Also, some kind of tactical section for inter-wing cooperation.
