If the CF Alliance is going to be at all serious in the game, we need leadership. There's no way around it. And having one figurehead who's only leadership duty is to send invites and build an embassy isn't really it. We need someone who's willing to take the initiative and get things moving. Long-term strategy, for example. Consolidating the different CF Alliances. Maybe agreeing to NAPs or even Confed's with other (bigger) alliances. Pretty much whatever it takes.
This is no slight to any of the current "leaders" we have in the alliances, because no one has really taken it seriously thus far.
So that being said, does anyone want to volunteer to take the reigns and lead us to victory? Or even have nominations for who would be a good fit for the job?
*And yes, this is a big reason why Warren left. No leadership, no direction, no strategy. That needs to get fixed, if anyone is going to take this thing remotely seriously.
