1. NEVER PAY THESE GUYS THEY HAVE NO FUCKING INTENTION OF UNLOCKING SHIT.

2. REMOVE IT. See: [rtechsupport.wikia.com] and [www.reddit.com]
For how you would remove it.

3. PATCH IT. Make sure your infection vector is patched. 99% of these I've seen are caused by Java not being up to date. Then use Noscript to prevent this from happening in the future.

4. PROFIT.
