Best class to kill conjurers pets?

I think killing elementals is easiest for invokers but a village berserker might do pretty well too.

What's best way to kill elementals, angels, demons, devils and the familiars?

Is invoker the best period to kill them all? I remember kharzal (scion invoker) getting rid of elementals in a few rounds.
