What actions make it where it is hardcoded for your char to only join battle with an IMM.

Like say, traveling with mages, holding potions, using potions, using the healer, etc.

Definitely using potions and pills. Fairly positive using a healer won't. Not sure about grouping with a mage. (n/t)

I'm not disagreeing with you on this. I'm more wondering aloud. Haven't there been people who grouped with a mage to get their first mage kill and had no trouble getting a mortal leader induct? (n/t)
