The nature of the beast is that it has to be accessible by any ol' player. There are a variety of reasons - the best of which is: if you really wanted to put one of these things in the game for yourself, you need to make it look as normal as possible, so that when other IMMs are watching your mortal use the thing, they aren't suddenly clued into a) who you are and b) that you put a cheatmob in for yourself.
