Or realize that there will always be people who annoy you, and that it's a pretty effeminate thing to let them get to you. As a manly man, just see this as practice for the real world. You'll be so much happier if you can change anger to pity, 'cause they sure aren't going to change if you just get ticked at them.. probably not going to change ever. You can however see it as an opportunity to practice keeping your calm, so that you can have a boss character in real life.
