Looking at something that doesn't exist enables a short no observation timer

If you are reading descriptions, slowly and methodically and trying to look at everything in a room, you probably won't be hurt to much by this. However, if you just load up a bunch of nouns and run around an area hitting "look chair;look bed;look wardrobe;look chest;look look look" you will likely end up with zero observation points. Same with mobs (using numbers won't hurt though, if you type look 1.;look 2.;look 3. you won't be hurt if there is only one mob in the room)
