Possibly dismiss when timer is running low, stopping to reconjure, possibly sleeping a couple of ticks to fill mana. It's not a huge deal, but you need to be aware when your elemental/archon is going to leave. Usually the reconjuration timer gives you an idea when that's going to happen. Other mages have to manage timers as well, since they have dam redux spells that you don't want to end in the middle of the fight.
Conjuration involves making circle, conjuring and binding. Dismissing an unhappy servitor when timer is close to end isn't a horrible idea either. You might want to draw a circle for that, since a failed dismissal aggroes the servitor. Goodie doesn't have hard time with servitors as often as evil conjurer, though.
