From what I understand about shaapa, he doesn't full people for the sake of it, he fulls (fullsacs most of the time, not full loots) people who piss him off. And in order to piss him off - you should give him hard time. Basicly, if you fight against a person and understand that he's struggling, and then he manages to kill you and fullsacs you - you can make a bet. That's based on Delaed's and that naked rager app performance.
