Generally I only have an issue if they aren't good at basically anything

If they are gang buddies, then they should be good at that. If they are tanks for orcs, they should be good at that. If the only thing they are *best* at is being mediocre... Well we have NPCs for that. Healer isn't (really) for solo pk either, and that's fine, but if they couldn't heal best... well then they serve very little purpose.
