Maladies affect flyto speed. More maladies, slower flyto and chance to fail on fly. The slower flyto/swimto means that everyone has a chance for 1 move prior to your move, so they can always just walk away from combat unless they screw up a direction or fail to word. Can't flyto someone right after they logged in. Water forms have it worse because some water majors don't get a fast form of swimto to begin with.

3. Air Forms: Bloody Pecker edge blinds? Causes bleeding? How long does the effect last?
