Cionadh was my last two hander whom I've posted a few logs. I had Retribution and Fortitude, was a maran and eventually Marshall.

Garwern was another whom I respected, I was in fortress at the same time as him, as another paladin. Garwern had temperance and fortitude.

I completely disagree on Defiance being the be all end all. I think being Marshall with Darkbane is better. The difference with Defiance is only that if you get the lag proc, you likely win a pk. With Darkbane you just have crazy dps. When I had Defiance, I would be less aggressive, because of the maybe 12 times I've had it, I've lost it on either my first or second death. Nearly always by gang.

That said I haven't had Defiance with a temperance paladin since 2010, which was my first paladin in modern era.
