Can someone explain the cabal items? Like... the bloody head of a magician makes perfect sense for the Battle Cabal. I get that one. Folding glass key for nexus? Can someone explain that one? Fetish? Codex? I don't even know what the item for Arbiter is? Scales or something is it?
