As the Imperial Vanquisher falls, the bloody head of a magician returns to the Battle Cabal!

So does the polearm just "reappear" in the dead owner's hands? That's a bit like tesseract for objects, no?
And what about the bloody head? Does that just magically appear back in the Battle Cabal? I often wondered this about
all cabal items but specifically the bloody head. When you take a cabal item you have to physically down it at the opposing
cabal. But when you retrieve you just have to kill the outer guardian. I could maybe see the other cabals using some form
of magical transportation to wisp away their item through time and space back to their cabal. With the exception of Battle.
I'd think they'd be against any form of this and wish to physically take their item back to their cabal.
