Lvl 15, go to fon.

Get lots of medium and large forest guardians on you, but don't kill them. Watch out for the tough guardians autoassisting those you have tracking you.

These mobs can't see invis or see in the dark. Take advantage of that if you need to while gathering them.

Then lead them to somewhere quiet. For example the entrance to delar tol (in the past). Odds are you'll be undisturbed. On the way, hang around the settlement so that the mobs don't just get stuck by one of the gates.

Once in your quiet place, remove all plus dam gear. I tend to keep plus hit gear but you could try without that. Minus dam gear is a bonus. Low weapon avg important, and low weight if working on dodge. Aim at each mob in turn so you don't kill any. Go invis to rest, if you'll still be resting in the light. Invis potions, if needed, available in htos.
