As one of the hardcore pkers, if Empire is in power I'm rolling good.

I get what you're saying about evil having more targets, but I'm not rolling someone who can justify fighting the person in power. I'm rolling the underdog. I'm rolling the guy who is diametrically opposed to whoever is in power because I want to be the one to pull the cabal up by the boot straps for the upset victory.
