If can kill sub-commander of guards (as an ap or necro, summon him away), sell his stuff.

Pick up gems hidden in caverns of upper cragstone, sell.

If drow, pick up gems from Lower cragstone and the wagon in the underdark, and sell.

Pick up wands in Azuremain, and sell.

Pick up flight wand from mage tower, and sell. If cunning, you can do a lot of opal wands too with only one kill of the golem.

You can also go into the nearby area explore and grab a ring to sell.

Basically, scavenge.
