a) Bearcharge is a factor of skill and size. More bigger = more better. I don't know how reliable the lag is because I tend to play rangers that have inneffectual bearcharge.

b) My B, not your B. Bearcharge has variable levels of usefulness depending on build. Some expertise/terrains get a basically useless bearcharge. Refer to the wiki for specifics.

c) Lash lag is terrible and unreliable. Only use it if it's your only source of lag, even then I'd probably rather just do damage.
