Say there's 10 people max on at any given time. Player A logs on from 6-10 and Player B (who doesn't know Player A OOC) logs on from 7-11 nightly. If they group during those 3 hours every night because they make an effective team is that considered a perma? I always thought permas were OOC arranged groups. How do IMMs enforce this without completely screwing over those that don't actually perma but simply play together a lot because their play-times overlap?
