Maybe in the days when there was 50-100 players playing at the same time it was necessary (can't tell since I was not attracted by the Village at the time) but with today's low PB , I don't know...
The cabal is very interesting for those (like me) who get older and would prefer to waste no time gathering preps and still be competitive for PK. And if someone doesn't want to waste time gathering preps, we can assume he doesn't want to waste time doing all sorts of tasks to "prove his valor" in order to get inducted. I mean it's already complicated enough to become an Applicant with the low amount of mage roaming around... is there really a necessity to prove your valor more?
Personnaly, I find this elitist attitude especially boring and it doesn't bring me any fun or flavour in my CF experience. That doesnt mean I'm against elitist cabals: I think there is room for those in CF, I'm just asking the question: since most players who want to save time (we all know how CF can be time consuming) will consider Battlerager as a cabal for their char, is this Village elitist attitude a good thing for PB numbers?
What do you think?
