Given how cheap food is you can generally just pick up random stuff as you move around to batter for it. Bartering for fly potions is also very easy. You can also barter refresh for almost anything (for example the gear left on east road as criminals kill the guards).


The refresh and food you can do passively without really interrupting your routines and they are also beneficial.
