1. Forget about lowbie quests. Maybe fine leather only.
2. Go rank solo. If you Fire or Frost - go rank on same align. Kill evils. Use hands. First of all - get h2h to 100%. You will parry much better vs mobs.
3. Set skill learn dodge. It will grow slower then other defenses with your poor dex.
4. Ask friends (in game!!!!) if you can stand behind, while they rank. It is the best way to up your weapons. While they tank high level mobs. You just hit them wiht practice weapons.
5. Also. You can group with transmutter. You will have extra attack (extra chance to up weapon skill), you will be able to fight mobs much higher then you - faster learning.
5.5 If you learn with mutter - go and die if you close to 15 and still far from mastering all weapons.
6. As you hit 15 - stop. Leave group and go work on defense. You want to fight many weak enemies at the same time. Chose evils if you frost or fire. Less experience.
7. Waste about 40 hours on this plan, to discover that any dex/int warrior can kill you easily and easily avoids your attempts to kill him.
