I do not need alist of secret progging items, quests etc.

As I said before, I'm a casual player. I like muds and CF, but have no time for 5-6 hours per day.
Instead I have time for a 4-5 hours per weekend and 4-5 hours during a job week.

There are many special items in the game. They look like any other item, they have nothign special in their description, but they do something.

Healing, improving damage against certain kind of enemy, progging spells..

As I said - no need to post a lists. It is forbidden here and I wish not break a rules.

The question is - how anyone, especialy new player can find them?

I go explore, I see something like 'a forbidden on this board mob name', I look at him. I see his equipment. I request it or I kill the mob. Lore/identify/Alduk.
It is not better then what I have.
I drop it, I sac it. And I will never know that this part of close increases damage vs ...

IC interactions can help some. But there are not many players around and even less those who helpfull.

Any advices? Tips that will not break the rules?
