Not positive if it was a conjurer charmie or not, I just remember acid storm etching the sword and the average never went back up for the rest of my char's life.
I never thought to not get the weapon (or uncurse it, though I guess no drop is sort of pointless when it is nodisarm- unless it could be stolen which I doubt) and wait for a reboot, since it was basically the only one I ever actually used. Rager bard doesn't really need or want to carry a bunch of back up weapons.
