A) if you are waiting for an imm to induct because mortal leadership isn't around, v and that imm is who you need to empower you, the two go together sometimes. Happened to me with a healer when I was trying to get into Outlander.

B) if your are unempowered because your rp is poor, then that could also hamper induction.


Most likely reason is simply luck. Sometimes induction is quick and easy. Other times takes ages. I tend to just react as my character would and that normally means I don't get too fussed about it, and keep plugging away.
