I checked out another MUD's website and what did I discover?

Just happened to be looking around at possible MUDs to play and I stumbled upon this:

[www.outland.org]

Basically what you've got is a player saying, "Hey WTF imms?" and a number of this MUD's immortal staff responding in a kind and friendly manner, accepting the guy's feedback and trying to offer an explanation without casting aspersions and accusations.

Meanwhile, on the CF forums...
