If I were to make a hunter again I would make a cloud giant and I would use magic instead of making it a villager. The obvious bind of low int but the skills worked regulary enough. Certain serpentstrike effects did not land as often as my wood-elf hunters, like cracking whip and dagger gash but the rest were excellent.

Don't make one with the idea of lagging anyone with bearcharge. Hunter bearcharge is so nerfed it is horrible. I went cloud and mountaineer to try and make it half-decent but it is all damage and no lag = pointless. I could tank calandryl with a staff at 41-51 with very little rest needed as I dragged a good few giant rager up to hero as I went. I would have stuck it out more had Ysaloerye not fucked with me and made me react all angry.
