Whats the deal with empire and transmuter/shifter/conjies? From everything I have read about empire and from my interactions with Khaso it seems as if empire should view these people the same way the village does but in practice it seems like imperials either just don't understand there should be frictrion or just don't care.

I mean I had a conjie follower of khaso religion and since khaso is empire it took tons of work just to get talked to by him because of being an arcane and had to roleplay why that was.

So do empire players think this friction should exist, does it exist and its just hard to see as an enemy, or is this news to you guys?
