A mountaineer is not at home in the Hills, but is at home in the Fields of the Frigid Wastelands, correct?

I can't figure out which terrain is my home any more. Seems like Hills should be, but they aren't.

It sure was nice when the terrain became uppercase when it was your home terrain.

As a mountaineer, am I only at home when my terrain is Mountain?
