I've gone away and then returned to CF, just wondering if someone could go into a little bit of detail about Imperial Echelons. How many are there per sect? Can you tell me the different titles for each of the Sects? Any idea on promotion requirements- lvl? gold?

I figure this is all pretty common knowledge, just would like the information as I play.
