If you wish to try one go for it.

If it is one of your first characters here I do not think a orc will die any less then any other character you play. At least that was the way for me I got to around 20 with most my chars in the beguiling but I did die in almost all the pk fights I got into. So if you wish to try a orc I would go for it. But a good align char would probably have a easier time
