Others are free to issue bans if they so choose. Next guy to spoon quests goes to ban if I still remember this time. Same applies to ekvilibr if he asks for a quest spoon again. I'm not banning the spooners now since ekvilibr sort of trolled it out of them, but I will expect them to remember the rules the next time.
